This classic Blaupunkt Melbourne SQR 39 (30 years ‘old’) was a luxury accessory for BMW, Mercedes and Volvo owners in the late 1980s. Even sports car enthusiasts (among others Porsche) preferred this Blaupunkt type. This Blaupunkt looks perfect and has a nice front with a well-lit display. The Melbourne has been tested: it has excellent reception on medium wave and FM (UKW). Fine playback thanks to the powerful 4x6W amplifier, the cassette plays perfectly incl. auto-reverse Possible to connect 4 speakers. The Blaupunkt code is deactivated, the original manual and mounting box will be included. See pictures for the condition of the exterior, the last picture (from Antique-Autoradio-Madness) accurately shows the display colour.
